Gardner quickly blew up into a huge factory town. Becoming the furniture capitol of the world, Gardner drew in hundreds of workers and migrants from all over to come work in the factories and support themselves. With them the workers brought their rich histories and culture.
Many different people came from all over the world to America to find work in the factory towns such as Gardner. Many groups of people called Gardner Home but the largest populations included; The Irish, French Canadian, and the Polish. |
